Nuspire Networks Named Top Workplace for a Third Consecutive Year

Detroit, MI – December 15th, 2011
Nuspire Networks was recently named a Detroit Top Workplace 2011 winner. This marks Nuspire’s third consecutive year on the Top Workplaces winners list.

“We strive to employ the best people in the industry and when they all come together as a team it’s extraordinary, “said Nuspire President Saylor X. Frase. “Nuspire has always had an uncompromising strategic value of recruiting and motivating the very best of the best; receiving this award three years in a row is a symptom of that commitment. It’s really just a testament to the impressive individuals that make up the team at Nuspire.”

As part of the survey employees were asked to provide insight into their feelings on their workplace environment. When asked, “What do you find most meaningful about working at this company?” a Nuspire employee answered, “Seeing the growth as it happens. Everything at Nuspire has high visibility, so a successful project is evident throughout the company”.

“The workplace environment at Nuspire is best described as electric,” said Nuspire’s Public Relations contact Matthew Thompson. “The Managed Security Services industry is still in its infancy and the Nuspire team is helping to shape it as it matures.”

Being a quickly growing company can create hiring challenges for computer network security companies like Nuspire.

“There is a large talent pool of recently graduated candidates available but they lack the real-world experience needed to fill advanced positions,” said Pat Kanai Nuspire Engineering Supervisor. “Nuspire is currently looking to fill multiple network engineering positions; I am looking for professionals with 2-5 years’ experience. Winning an award like Top Workplaces three years running is great for attracting those hard to find candidates.”
