This is a fast-paced position with tremendous opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). As a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Network Engineer you will work directly with various other technical departments and customers. We are seeking mid-level to senior level network technicians to support Nuspire customer’s networks and infrastructure.
· IPV4/ IPV6 Addressing and Subnetting production experience
· Routing – Static and Dynamic; design and troubleshooting experience
· VPN - IPSEC / SSL Triage and Configuration
· NAT- Static / Dynamic / PAT
· Access Control List
· Switching – VTP / STP
· 802.11 a/b/g/n
· Cloud API familiarity (Azure AWS)
· TCP/UDP Comminucation flow
· Experience with different authentication methods such as SSO or RADIUS
· Common Router functions (DHCP, SNMP, Syslogs)
· Ability to analyze traffic patterns using raw log or PCAP files
