Position Description/Responsibilities:

As a result of our tremendous growth, we are seeking Quality & Training focused individuals.  The job will be assisting the Quality Team with their vision to facilitate, review and improve standardization, processes and educational practices set forth by each department, in a collaborative and positive manner to increase efficiencies, revenue and customer satisfaction. In addition, responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

 

 Required Experience: 

  • Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills: Must have the ability to make conclusions and create initiatives based on findings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including strong knowledge of Excel
  • Must be computer literate and be familiar with common office productivity software applications
  • Must be customer focused
  • Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
  • Able to lead and conduct meetings in a positive, fun and motivational manner
  • Must be articulate and can speak clearly on the phone.
  • Great eye for Detail
  • Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must have a strategic and organized approach to work
  • Should be self-motivated and work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills

 

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Quality and/or Coordinator role
  • Experience with proprietary software and or ability to quickly pickup new technologies quickly
  • Experience working in a corporate/professional environment

 

 

Responsibilities vary widely and include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting Post Installation Surveys
  • Auditing phone conversations of SOC engineers
  • Incident management tracking and review
  • Document all reported incidents and help identify trends to assist in future problem resolution
  • Conduct system ticket reviews for consistencies and improvements
  • Proactively maintain a thorough knowledge of internal technologies, processes, controls, and monitoring
