Partner Acquisition Representative

The Partner Acquisition Team Lead is hyper-focused on finding identifying and securing new partner opportunities in new geographic territories.  The role involves finding new strategic partners to expand the Nuspire market share through the channel.  This role supports our partner program through the identification, procurement and onboarding of new partners that meet the partner potential criteria.  The Partner Acquisition Representative must be a self-starter with a strong hunting skillset. This individual must work well independently, with success being the optimal driver. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospects by working within the Nuspire Channel strategy
  • Recruit and onboard partners and providers that are engaged in the Nuspire business model
  • Develop initial relationships with key stakeholders who are involved in the sale and adoption cycle of Nuspire’s technology
  • Maintain a sales pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet quarterly/annual quota requirements
  • Co-manage initial onboarding to assist with sales and technical training as well as to help with planning the go-to-market strategy

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 3 years sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong ability to build and develop relationships on a business, professional and personal level; consultative mind and skillset
  • Excellent communication skills, focusing on persuasion and presentation skills
  • Great organizational skills and forward thinking
