Position Information: 

As a result of our tremendous growth, Nuspire Networks, a Gartner recognized MSSP, is looking for an experienced Business Development professionals with a minimum sales background in IT. Position description desires hunter sales professionals focused on finding, contacting, and cultivating business opportunities for the sales team. The representative will focus on large organizations across North America. Position based in Commerce, MI

Responsibilities:

  • Work with closely with team members to create new opportunities within targeted enterprise accounts
  • Responsible for growing market share in assigned territory
  • Increase sales and average order size by seeking new leads; thinking outside the box and coming up with new ways of showcasing Nuspire for new opportunities
  • Follow up on requests for information and leads from email, phone calls, web chat, community and other sources.
  • Make outbound calls on warm and cold leads.
  • Working closely with team members, engineering, logistics, etc.in order to increase your knowledge of services, with the goal of increasing sales and improving processes.
  • Successful Inside Sales Representative will proactively educate themselves in company services while staying up to date on industry news and events.
  • May be expected to perform other duties as assigned by manager.

  • Self-starter who is ready, willing and able to own and prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Team player that contributes to a healthy and cohesive environment 
  • Comfortable conducting outbound call campaigns with warm & cold sales
  • Ability to create and work with marketing campaigns for desired success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced work environment 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong level of comfort learning new technology (We ARE a technology company after all). 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with partners and colleagues 
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly 
  • An interest in IT sales or sales in general
  • Comfortable prospecting and approaching new potential customers
  • Interest in learning more about networking/telecommunications/security
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-Motivated; outgoing personality
  • Able to work in a group sales environment
