The Nuspire NOC delivers a truly differentiated class of service. Unlike other provider NOCs, Nuspire eliminates the traditional first-level administrative ticket taker and the extended Mean-Time-to-Respond schedules associated with ticket priorities. As an extension of your network infrastructure team, customers talk to certified engineers who assume immediate responsibility to resolve issues through completion. This premium support model resolves 85% of trouble tickets at the first level.
Nuspire takes pride in keeping our customers well-informed regarding all aspects of their network traffic, including maintenance notifications, unusual network behavior and major network events (brownouts, blackouts, etc.) that require immediate rerouting of network traffic.
When the NOC observes an issue with the Internet, it begins the trouble resolution process as well as notifies the customer of the situation. The Nuspire NOC equips the customer with the information needed to understand how its network traffic is rerouted to avoid congestion, brownout or a total network provider outage. Through the resolution process, the NOC stays in regular communication with the customer, sending updates regarding the status of the troubleshooting.
